This allowance is sufficient to cover the cost of (i) the High PPO with full family coverage, (ii) $200,000 of term life insurance, (iii) the group disability insurance and (iv) the individual disability insurance. Any unused allowance may be used to purchase optional benefits or may supplement the physician’s income.
